Alicia served as S.K.A. from 1976-1984. She traveled as a Chapter Visitor from 1974-1979, served as a Firesides Leader for 16 years and as a Convention staff member. Alicia has also been the personnel and financial advisor for the Iota Delta Chapter at San Jose State College for 17 years and was alumnae chapter president. She has been California's State Day Chairman and spoke at numerous Eleusinian celebrations. Alicia won the Ada Tallman Award as the outstanding Chi Omega in the San Francisco Bay area and received the San Jose Panhellenic "Athena" Award for the most outstanding Panhellenic woman in San Jose. She has left a legacy of leadership with grace, poise, and dignity.

Alicia was a member the Omicron Alpha Chapter of Chi Omega at Coe College in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Alicia was a member of Christian Women's Club where she served on the Board in California and assisted in founding the group in Plant City, Florida, where she also served on the Board.
