Chi Omega's Newest Addition - The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

We are proud to announce the new colony of Chi Omega at The George Washington University. The interest in Chi Omega on campus was overwhelming! Over 280 women expressed interest, and on October 25, 2008, Chi Omega received 119 charter members.

Many thanks to the eleven members of the colonization team who volunteered their time and talents to be a part of this historic event!

The colony will be installed on January 24, 2009. Following the Installation, Chi Omega will host a celebration banquet for family and friends of the new members.

Located in the nation's capital, The George Washington University is a private, comprehensive university with approximately 10,000 undergraduate students. Chi Omega joins a thriving Greek Community consisting of nine NPC sororities.

Chi Omega is thrilled to welcome the colony members at GW into our Sisterhood!
