Announcement of New Foundation Trustees

The Chi Omega Foundation is pleased to announce recent appointments to the Foundation Board of Trustees:

Jan Lemons Heck is an immediate past member of the Foundation’s Donor Relations Committee and a past vice president of the Wichita Alumnae Chapter.   Jan is an initiate of the Lambda Chapter at the University Kansas, where she received her undergraduate degree.  She received a law degree from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas and served as senior counsel for Koch Industries, Inc. She and her husband Steve, a graduate from Kansas State University, and their daughter Abby, recently moved to Cincinnati, Ohio where Steve is the Director, Taxes – Global Planning for Procter & Gamble. 

Rena Elder Pilalas is an initiate of Phi Chapter, University of Southern California, where she served as recruitment chair for two years.  As an alumna, Rena served as house corporation president of Phi Chapter for ten years and was a member and long-time president of the Pasadena, California Alumnae Chapter.  She is also a recipient of Chi Omega’s Ada Tallman Award, presented to her in 2004.  Rena was a charter member of the Foundation Advisors starting in 1999.  Rena and her husband Jason spend winters at their home in North Palm Beach and summers in Noank, CT.  Their daughter Deborah O’Malley and her husband Ian live in Wilton, CT and their son Troy lives in San Francisco, CA.

Jane Wickard Rogers, appointed as president of the Chi Omega Foundation from 2000–2010, will continue to serve as a Trustee. Jane was initiated at Psi Chapter, University of Arkansas—Fayetteville, and lives in Little Rock with husband Jay.
