FIRESIDES 2011: “Leading With Fairness”

Firesides 2011 brought together chapter leaders from across the country to the Chi Omega Executive Headquarters in Memphis to educate them about Chi Omega procedures and prepare them to move forward, “leading with fairness.”

  • Introduction to the Chi Omega Leaders’ Handbook, Chi Omega’s reformatted Book of Rules
  • Workshops for all delegates about the Fair Play Procedure
  • Training on Billhighway, the Chi Omega Chapter Dashboard, and Chi Omega’s new online training site and resource center
  • Tours of the Chi Omega Executive Headquarters
  • Fun facts about Chi Omega’s history from “Stories and Secrets of our Sisterhood,” presented by National Archivist Lyn Harris
  • Many house corporation representatives also attended and participated in sessions dedicated to training about our Chi Omega facilities.
