Beta Beta reunion

In May 2006, 36 initiates of Beta Beta Chapter at Washington State U met in Pullman for a weekend at the chapter house. Sisters came from Florida, California, Nevada, and Oregon as well as Washington. For most of the 1975-1979 graduates, 25 years had passed since they'd seen one other.

"What an accomplished group we are," writes Liz Doty Brown. "We have an attorney, a veterinarian, and a number of teachers."

Tau Beta alumnae hold sixth reunion

Fourteen alumnae who were new members of Tau Beta/Oklahoma State U in the fall of 1969 gathered for a reunion in Oklahoma City last July. This was the sixth reunion the Sisters have held during the past 33 years. Previous reunions were in Houston, Oklahoma City, Kansas City, Dallas, and at the chapter house in Stillwater. The 2006 reunion was held in the Bricktown area of downtown Oklahoma City where the women reminisced about their college days and caught up on news of family and friends. After graduation in 1973, the group created an annual newsletter, "The O'Hootie," which allows them to stay in contact and is now distributed by e-mail. Watch for news of the seventh reunion. Plans are underway!
