The Stylish Right-Hand Girl on Dress My Nest

Camille Cothron is appearing weekly on Style Network’s highest-rated show, Dress My Nest, a vibrant, spunky interior- design show hosted by renowned interior designer and author Thom Filicia. Camille was added to the cast as Thom’s protege/design-expert as the show entered its fourth season in April 2009.

Each week on the series, Thom and Camille make over a home in need of an interior-design overhaul. On camera, Camille works hand-in-hand with Thom, discussing the designs and style elements featured in each episode. Behind the scenes, it’s Camille who creates all the floor plans and 3-D room drawings that appear on the show.

Camille was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. She received her bachelor of fine arts degree with a major in interior design from the U of Louisville, where she was initiated by Beta Gamma Chapter. After college, Camille worked in the interior design field but also became involved in acting, appearing in feature films and plays in the Louisville area.

In 2006, Camille moved to Los Angeles to further her career in interior design and entertainment. There, she was hired in the office of interior designer Kelly Wearstler, a judge on Bravo television’s Top Design. As Camille’s interior-design work garnered attention in the Los Angeles area, she was soon noticed by the crew of Style Network and was quickly hired to appear weekly on Dress My Nest.
