Pi Alphas Reunite at the U of Cincinnati

Last July, more than 20 Pi Alphas went home to the U of Cincinnati. They travelled from nearby and as far away as New Mexico, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Vermont, and West Virginia, reconnecting for a weekend in anticipation of the chapter’s centennial anniversary in 2013, and just because they felt like getting together. These Sisters were initiated between 1965 and 1968.

On Friday evening, Kathy Mayer Wayman hosted dinner in her home. The main event, a luncheon, took place Saturday at the Myers Alumni Center on campus. A tour of the campus followed, beginning at the Chi Omega house. Since renovations, including an upgraded sprinkler system, were under way at the house, Sisters reminisced in front, looking forward to the fall 2013 centennial events.

To be included in the Pi Alpha centennial reunion, please email Becky Yost Mirlisena at rmirlisena@yahoo.com.
